Debi J. Zeren, ABR, GRI, PMN, SRES of Hayes Realty was installed as the 2010 State President of the Ohio Chapter of Women’s Council of REALTORS® in a ceremony held at Hilton Easton in Columbus, OH on Saturday January 09, 2010. The Ohio Chapter is a 500+ member professional real estate group affiliated with the Women’s Council of REALTORSâ (WCR), a national professional development organization with 15,000 members.

Debi will serve a one year term as President and will be responsible for developing systems, forums, education and coaching to enable our Local Chapters (throughout Ohio) to bring value to our members.

Zeren has been active in the Stark County WCR Chapter & Ohio WCR Chapter for 14 years and has held positions in the Stark County Chapter as Secretary in 2000, Vice-President of Membership in 2001, President-elect in 2002, and Local Chapter President in 2003. She was elected the Ohio Chapter State Governor in 2006, Treasurer in 2007, Secretary in 2008, and President-elect in 2009. Zeren has been a REALTORâ for 14 years. She has served as a Director for the Stark County Association of REALTORS® & the Ohio Association of REALTORS® (OAR) from 2004-2006. Zeren received the OAR excellence in Communications Award in 2002, the Stark County REALTOR® of the Year Award in 2004, and has earned the OAR Presidential Sales Club Award from 1998-2009.
