The Stark County Chapter of WomenÕs Council of Realtors recently was named a NATIONAL AWARD WINNER by WomenÕs Council of Realtors! We placed 3rd among all national large-category chapters in MEMBER RETENTION! This is quite an honor! We will be recognized in May at the Washington D.C. meetings and be presented with a special plaque/award. As IÕve said many times before, our WCR chapter is VERY active, not only in our own county, but also in the state and nationally! IÕd like to thank Jack Lang, Bonnie Bandi, Donna Allen and Janice Frey for working on our 2009 member retention campaign and to all members who found our chapter worthwhile enough to renew their memberships! WeÕre always striving to recruit new members. Our April program was a wonderful success and our turn-out has been very good so far this year. Our speaker, Eric Resnick of the Canton Toastmaster Club #637 did a fine job sharing with us the secrets of being a good public speaker. Thank you, Eric!
